Existing VIP systems, electrical wiring, seat mechanisms, controls, lighting, multimedia and accessories are inspected individually. Once the cause of a fault is established, an appropriate repair or refurbishment scope can be prepared.
Wear in leather, Alcantara, fabrics, wood and decorative surfaces is assessed. Flooring, ceiling panels, side trims, consoles and finishes can be repaired or renewed according to the project requirement.
Seat upholstery, rails, motors, controls and movement mechanisms are inspected. Where a new layout is required, seats are installed longitudinally with the vehicle axis for safe and ergonomic use; diagonal seating layouts are not used.
Damaged wiring, protection and distribution components, control modules, switches and electronic equipment are inspected. Where appropriate, the electrical architecture can be reorganised or updated with compatible equipment.
TV, audio, USB/USB-C, charging, Wi-Fi infrastructure, ambient lighting and user-control systems can be modernised while respecting the existing vehicle architecture.
Existing insulation, vibration sources and cabin comfort are evaluated. Suitable projects may include improved acoustic and thermal insulation, ventilation and other comfort-system upgrades.
